At Defunz, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please review the terms below carefully.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange orders will be processed once your returned item is picked up. If the requested size/product is out of stock, our team will contact you for an alternative.
- Return & Exchange is free of cost (Defunz will bear the shipping charges for you).
- Refunds are issued only as Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be provided after the returned product is picked up and passes our quality check (QC).
- Each order is eligible for one return/exchange only.
- Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
Damaged / Defective / Missing Products
- In case of damaged, defective, or missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Share images and details of the issue through the return request link.
- Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
⚠️ Note: Minor misprints, slight color variations, or handcrafted irregularities are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and signs of authenticity.
Exclusions
- Items purchased from third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) are not eligible for returns/exchanges through Defunz’s website.
- If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. After successful QC, we will issue a ₹150 store credit to compensate for your shipping expense.
Return & Exchange Request Process
- Visit our Return/Exchange Request link (to be added).
- Select the item you wish to return/exchange, provide the reason, and upload images (in case of damage/defect).
- A reverse pickup will be arranged for orders within India.
- Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.
- Requests for orders purchased using Store Credit will not be accepted.
Store Credit
- Issued within 24 hours after pickup and QC clearance.
- Valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
- Credit will be for the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- If cancelled after dispatch, a deduction of ₹180 will apply to cover shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
International Orders
- Reverse pickups are not available for international orders.
- Customers must ship the product back at their own cost, including shipping and customs charges.
- Refunds will be issued as Store Credit or product refund only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
- Alternatively, if someone is traveling from your country to India, you may send the product with them to avoid shipping charges.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported with images to enquiry@defunz.com. After verification, we will arrange a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds take 7–14 working days to process.
- Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
- In all other cases, refunds are provided only as Store Credit.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method after QC approval.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via an online payment link sent to your registered email/phone. (If not redeemed within 3 months, please contact us for a new link).
- A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted in case of money refunds (not applicable for damaged products).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
